PRIVACY POLICY

1. General provisions
1.1. These Privacy Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the basic principles and procedures according to which the Seller – TAPEKIOSK (hereinafter referred to as “we”) processes the personal data of the Buyers (hereinafter referred to as “Your”) in the online store (hereinafter referred to as “your”).
1.2. The processing of your personal data is determined by these conditions, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.

2. Registration submission rules
2.1. You must provide complete, complete and correct information about yourself on the registration form. 2.2. We recognize and respect the right to privacy of every individual who visits an e-store. We collect and use personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) in order to:
2.2.1. process orders for your goods or services;
2.2.2. to solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
2.2.3. fulfill other contractual obligations.
2.3. Personal data is processed by secure means that protect the data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other unlawful acts.
2.4. Non-personal data of yours, i.e. we may use the data related to the goods you have purchased for statistical purposes. Such collection of statistics will not allow us to identify you directly or indirectly. We reserve the right to transfer statistics to a third party.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties
3.1. We have the right to transfer information to third parties only for the purposes of Section 2 (2).
3.2. We will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your separate consent, except in the circumstances established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Modification or updating of personal data
4.1. You have the right to change and update the information provided in the registration form.

5. Transmission of information or claim
5.1. All notifications related to the processing of personal data are submitted by e-mail arma@arma.lt or by post.
5.2. We provide the response in the form in which we received the notice or claim.

6. Processing of personal data
6.1. You agree that the personal data you voluntarily provide in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.
6.2. You have the right to request the rectification, destruction of your personal data or the suspension, except for storage, of the processing of your personal data when the data is processed in breach of the law.
6.3. You have the right to receive information from which sources and what personal data has been collected, for what purpose they are processed, to whom the data are provided and have been provided for at least the last one year.
6.4. Personal data is processed using secure measures that protect the data from unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unlawful acts.

7. Change of rules
7.1. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy in part or in full by notifying the www.Tapekiosk.com e-shop.
7.2. Additions or amendments to the Rules shall take effect from the date of their publication, i. y. from the day they appear in the e-shop www.tapekiosk.com
7.3. If you do not agree with the new version of the Rules, you have the right to refuse it in writing.
7.4. If you use the services provided by the www.tapekiosk.com e-shop after these changes to the terms and conditions, we consider that you have agreed to the change of terms and conditions.

8. Cookies
8.1. A cookie is a small text document with a unique identification number that is transmitted from a website to a personal computer to distinguish a personal computer, a type of browser, and to see a person’s online activity. Cookies do not allow the storage of personal information (such as a person’s name and address). 8.4. The consent of the data subject is not required if cookies are used on the website of the online store to form a basket of goods selected by the buyer.
8.5. No personal customer data is collected through cookies.
8.6. No information is provided to any third parties during the storage of the required cookies.

9. Final provisions
9.1. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Privacy Terms. All disagreements regarding the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
